• Fake notifications: If a "OUSSSC notification out" PDF or apply link is circulating on WhatsApp or Telegram, report it in the comments on the homepage. Tell us where you saw it and what it claims. We verify against ga.odisha.gov.in and odisha.gov.in and flag confirmed fakes.
• Topic requests: Want us to explain a specific stage of the process, or cover a particular post? Mention it in any page's comments and we will add it to the publishing queue.

What we can and cannot do

We cannot check your application status, change your admit card details, or influence any selection — we have no connection to OUSSSC or any government department, and we will say so every time rather than pretend otherwise.

A note on scams

Recruitment scams thrive on urgency: "last date tomorrow," "direct selection," "pay the officer." OUSSSC was born out of exactly this kind of racket. Real government recruitment never asks for money over WhatsApp, never selects candidates through agents, and always publishes notifications on official websites first. If someone contacts you claiming to represent this site and asks for payment, it is fraud — do not pay, and report it in our community comments so we can warn others.

Response time

We are a small editorial team, not a helpdesk. Comments are reviewed daily, and corrections backed by official sources are usually fixed within 48 hours. For anything time-sensitive — like a notification whose last date is near — go straight to the official portal; do not wait on us.
